Refunds

We create service deliverables based on the information our clients provide to us through booking a consultation & after receiving payment for the services. We start working on service deliverables as soon as the client submits payment and relevant information.

Therefore, please understand that once various business registration(s) has been submitted, 1) no further changes can be made to the information used to create the service deliverable, 2) clients will be ineligible for a refund on any funds paid to Village Enterprises, LLC up to that point, and 3) any outstanding balances owed by the client to Village Enterprises, LLC for the service will become due prior to delivery of the deliverable. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve accepted payment and your service was not delivered, please contact us at hello@villagellc.org to be approved for a full refund.
